Puerh – post fermented tea. It features a specific production technology: the collected leaves, processed to the level of green tea, undergo a fermentation procedure – artificial (accelerated) aging. The technology of artificially accelerated fermentation – the tea leaf is folded in a thick layer, moistened, after which the temperature inside the heap rises, thereby accelerating the fermentation process.
Ingredients: Black Long leaf Tea Puerh
One teaspoon of dry tea leaves is poured into 150-200 ml of slightly chilled boiling water (70-80 degrees) and insisted for no more than 3 minutes. This drink can be brewed repeatedly, gradually increasing the brewing time.
