Linden: when most of the flowers have blossomed, and the smaller part is still in the buds, the linden blossom is harvested. If you hurry a little – linden does not have time to gain its healing power.
Mint: it is harvested once a year, during the period of its active flowering: in June-July. Young plants are less valuable because after drying, they do not retain their strength and full aroma.
Cornflower: as soon as the flower blooms completely, its collection begins – it is at this time that it contains all the necessary useful properties.
