- melissa leaf
- catnip leaf
- sage leaf
- motherwort grass
- lavender flowers
- chamomile flowers
- hawthorn fruit
- rose flowers
- rosemary needle
- blackberry leaf
- hop cones
- nightshade leaf
- blackberry leaf
Cooking method:
1 tbsp. pour a spoonful of herbal tea with a glass of boiling water (200 ml), leave for 12 minutes, strain, add honey to taste
Mode of application:
1-2 glasses a day for 3-4 weeks. If necessary, repeat the course 2-3 times a year
