Structure
Barley groats 30%, wheat groats 30%, rye groats 30%, Jerusalem artichoke 10%.
Cooking method: In boiling water or milk, pour the grains in a thin stream (so that no lumps form). For 300 ml 2-3 tablespoons of grains. Stirring continuously, cook for 3-5 minutes. over low heat until thick. Add salt, honey, spices to taste. Cover with a lid, simmer for a minute or two. The porridge is ready.
