Bloodroot
This plant is better known as “Kuril tea.” The cinquefoil has a hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergenic, sedative and immunostimulating effect on the body. And this is not a complete list of the beneficial properties of potentilla. Kuril tea is used for poisoning, infections of the gastrointestinal tract, gynecological diseases, and diabetes mellitus. Regular consumption of such tea helps restore the nervous system and forget about depression for a long time.

Cooking method:

Pour half a tablespoon of Kuril tea with 1 cup of hot water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Then cool the infusion, strain it and dilute with half a glass of clean water. It is recommended to drink the drink in small portions, at least 2 times a day with meals.

Other equally useful herbs grow on the territory of the Baikal region: thyme, St. John’s wort, yarrow, mint, lemon balm, chamomile, dog rose, etc.

Brew them in their pure form or prepare combined teas, combining herbs, depending on their properties. To make the drink more tasty and fragrant, add the leaves or berries of raspberries, currants, linden. We recommend sweet tooth drinking tea not with sugar, but with honey – not only tasty, but also healthy.

Have a nice tea party! cup infusion
