Amaranth – “bread of the Incas”, along with corn and beans, fed the civilization of South America. Amaranth’s high yield, high nutritional value and recently discovered outstanding pharmaceutical properties have contributed to its distribution throughout the world.

Amaranth, corn, rye, wheat, barley, green buckwheat, rye malt.

Cooking method

Pour cereals into boiling water (or milk, or fish, or meat broth) in a thin stream. 300 ml. you need 2-3 tablespoons of grains. Stirring continuously, cook for 3-5 minutes over low heat until thickened. Add salt, honey, spices to taste. Cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
