o Properties of Hazel. The leaves of hazel contain a large amount of tannins, antioxidants, vitamins and trace elements. Has antibacterial properties, normalizes blood glucose levels, accelerates metabolic processes, anti-inflammatory, helps to normalize the functioning of the prostate gland, increases immunity, elasticity of the walls of blood vessels.
o Properties of Nettle. Nettle helps with rheumatism, pain in muscles and joints, radiculitis. The plant relieves inflammation, accelerates regeneration, normalizes lipid metabolism, mainly due to iron salts and vitamins in the plant.

How to brew herbal tea ?: One tablespoon of herbal tea should be poured over a glass of hot water. Important!
